All our grazing tables include :

We shop local for seasonal foods, we do not provide a “set menu”. We like to bring that uniqueness to each grazing table through its ingredients. If there is something you wish to see or want us to avoid, please let us know and we will make it happen.   Themes are welcome at Grazeful also!

FAQ

Most frequent questions and answers
We do not supply tableware. However, you can add serving cheese knives, tongs, spoons and picks at an additional fee. Must be mentioned at time of booking or at least 10 days prior to the event.
Grazeful is not responsible for clean-up post event. If you opted for a deluxe elevated graze, we will coordinate to come back after the event is over to retrieve our prop pieces but food disposal and food waste is the responsibility of the client. If you would like for us to clean up any food waste post event, please mention this when booking your table so the appropriate fee can be added to your quote.  Opting for the clean up service will ensure all food waste and items are completely cleared from the table after the event.
Please let us know if you or any of your guests have any dietary requirements or allergies well in advance, and we will cater accordingly.   

Graze tables can take up to 3 hours to set up from start to finish. An hour of that time is used for unloading and prepping to begin the styling of the table. Please factor this in when inquiring for your event. We will need at maximum 2 hours prior to your event to unload and set up the table. 

All perishable food is stored in a cooler and kept fresh during transportation to the event location.  Due to not having any cooked foods on the table,  the food on the grazing table can be left out for up to 3 hours. Table(s) must be provided and kept in a cool environment out of direct sunlight.

Graze tables are setup at the location/site, please factor this in when ordering so I can have 2-4 hours to setup your graze table prior to your event or party. Please fill out a graze table inquiry form so we can discuss your options and I can provide you a formal price quote. Upon confirming and booking your graze table, I will send you a formal electronic contract to sign and date along with an invoice to pay your deposit to secure your date. 25% deposit is due to secure your day and time and the remaining balance is to be paid three weeks prior to your event. Table must be supplied by client.

Pictures and video will be taken of all grazing tables after set up and will be shared on social media platforms.
